Re-cording and Servicing

One of the biggest maintenance requirements in sash windows lie within its sash cord that causes the window to be jammed or not function correctly. We can replace sash cords, lubricate the pulley wheels, clean out the sash box linings, reweight and counter-balance the sash windows enabling them to travel and operate smoothly.

All this work is common on listed buildings (grade 2) and dwellings in conservation areas and requires no additional consents or permissions.
